Beth Babyak Promoted to Chief of Staff

Beth Babyak is now Chief of Staff at Cause.

For many of you who have had the chance to work with Beth Babyak, our Vice President of Operations, it will come as no surprise that her leadership and steady hand here at Cause have helped guide our agency’s operations and client project management with consistency and rigor.

I’m pleased to announce Beth’s promotion from Vice President to Chief of Staff. Beyond overseeing specific projects, the Chief of Staff is the glue across the agency, from operations to client and project management best practices. In this expanded leadership role, Beth will play an even more active part in leading the teams in overall agency planning, team development and oversight of day-to-day operations. With her knowledge of our institutional history, Beth’s expanded role ensures that as we grow, we don’t lose our unique culture that makes us great.

Beth has a remarkable track record of success over the course of her six years with us, from project management and account leadership to coaching nonprofit staff in our Communicating for Results! training program. She loves problem solving and with a background in film production, Beth’s “producer” lens always manages to fit all of the pieces together with quick thinking and a seasoned eye for detail. For example, Beth played an instrumental role in our campaign for Kaiser Permanente to show screenings of Weight of the Nation across the country, resulting in real impact in multiple communities.
